When should I order?
Generally, we recommend 1-2 weeks. Don't hesitate to check with us. If we are taking orders the week of your event, we may have to limit the type of design. Weeks may close without notice.

When do I pay for my cake?
Payment is due at the time of ordering. Spots are not "saved" if the order has not been paid. If you do not wish to use a credit card over the phone, you may send a check or come in and pay. Wedding cakes have a 25% nonrefundable deposit with the remainder due 2 weeks prior to your event.

May I leave a message?
Our phone can remain pretty busy some days! Please leave a message and we will return your call within 24 hours. We are not responsible for messages left that need immediate attention. We do not accept orders left on our message service.

Our cancellation policy for custom designs considers that we are turning away other customers when we commit to your order and/or limiting designs that we offer to others. Orders must be cancelled 2 week in advance to receive a full or partial refund. Orders with 2D or 3D fondant pieces must be changed at least 3 weeks prior to pick-up for a refund. Messages left on our message service will be picked up the following day.

Friday & Saturday orders: cancel by Tuesday for 50% refund - Wednesday for 25% refund
Thursday orders: cancel by prior Saturday for 50% refund - Tuesday for 25% refund
Tuesday & Wednesday orders: cancel by prior Friday for 50% - prior Saturday for 25% refund

Do I need to refrigerate my cake?
Yes. It is a chilled food product that should not be left out on the counter for several hours. It s just fat and sugar. (yum!) Keeping it cold preserves the integrity of the cake and will keep the cakes proper structure. We suggest taking it out up to 2 hours before you need it, depending on the temperature of your surroundings or how cold you like to eat your cake!

ANY CAKE DISPLAYED OUTDOORS IS DONE SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

THE TEMPERATURE OF THE ROOM YOUR CAKE IS DISPLAYED IN IS NOT IN OUR CONTROL.

Do you ship your cakes through the mail?
No. Thank you for asking.

Can I buy a sugar free / gluten free / dairy free cake from you?
No. We have nothing healthy to offer you. Just a smile on your face when you reward yourself for working out all week with dessert on the weekend.

Can I send in my order via e-mail?
No we do not accept any orders via email. We welcome your emails for questions and exchange of ideas, but no orders please.
